You'll notice I said in Guy Talk below that the first batch was brewed at Guy Hagner's One Guy Brewing. Guy just sent proof, with this comment: "I've always said "It's not a brewery until the malt hits the water." Well, this is what happened yesterday. There's one fermenter full of beer (2 barrels), so it's official."
Congratulations, Mr. Hagner. Looking forward to the drive to Berwick sometime soon.

2 barrel fermenter? Man, Guy's got his work cut out for him!
That's a lot more than our guy Sam Calgione had when he first started DFH. His equipment brewed 10 gallons per batch.
