But we need to find a word for lambic-like beers made outside the Payottenland. "Plambic" has been used by homebrewers (Pseudo-lambic), but that sounds too much like the stuff prawns were distilling in District 9; you know, alien. You can't just call it "sour," or "tart," good lambic is more than that.
