I have had some good experiences with some small orchards that used UV treatment on their cider; evidently that's "allowable" to the scaredy cats, and it didn't seem to muck up the cider. And speaking of breakfast, the best one I've had in the last year was the Crab Imperial Omelet at the Hon Cafe in one of the Baltimore neighborhoods.
