Big American Whiskey Article
Once again, I wrote the annual American Whiskey piece for Massachusetts Beverage Business magazine, and it's up here. Have a look, let's talk about what I got right, and what I missed, and what I screwed up!
excellent article. i would love to see though more whisky education at either the bar or retail outlet about the various american made whiskies.
I'm not a fan of rye and tend to lean toward american whiskies which use wheat instead, I like to know the % of corn, barley, wheat or rye in my bourbon or tennessee whisky, its a trait from my homebrew education...
Pretty comprehensive, says I. Good work...a lot of research evident here, and you even hit the white dog button.
