excellent article. i would love to see though more whisky education at either the bar or retail outlet about the various american made whiskies.
I'm not a fan of rye and tend to lean toward american whiskies which use wheat instead, I like to know the % of corn, barley, wheat or rye in my bourbon or tennessee whisky, its a trait from my homebrew education...
